Sheneka Blue

Sister Sheneka Blue was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Her family joined the Church of the Kingdom of God in 1996 and she played an active role in the church’s youth activities.  In 2002, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida and returned to her Miami church to continue building God’s kingdom.  Under the leadership of Pastor Essie Briggs and Pastor Willie Palmer,  Sister Blue matured spiritually and naturally. In 2006, she received a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. The Lord has given her a heart for youth and her life’s work is dedicated to helping youth to reach their full potential.  For fifteen years, she has served as a teacher, Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal, and now Intern Principal in the Broward County Public School system. Over the years, she has served the body of Christ in a number of capacities both on the general and local levels.

Currently, she is the General Youth President and the Assistant General Secretary, and for the past couple of years she served as one of the General Youth Vice Presidents. In her local church body, Sheneka is the President of Young Women and Men on the Move, an auxiliary whose main focus is empowering young adults to take action in the body of Christ. She is an active member of the ministry’s youth team, praise team, and homeless outreach ministry. She has organized many community events, youth outings, dramatic plays, and volunteer experiences that have served as a true blessing to the church community.  As the General Youth President, her main goal is creating youth programming that provides a strong biblical foundation and support system that helps youth develop into strong men and women in the army of God.
