Dr. Alvin B. Jackson, Jr. has been a member of The Church of The Kingdom Of God, Inc. for over 50 years. He was first called into the Ministry in 1982; Ordained and License as a Minister in 1983 under the leadership of the Late Bishop William H. Bryant, Sr. aka Bishop Noah Nothing. Dr. Jackson’s first pastoral assignment (interim) was in 1983 where he served in The Church of The Kingdom of God Pasadena Maryland church. His new pastoral journey continued in Miami as a Co-Pastor for a new outreach mission in Miami, FL in 1985. Dr. Jackson served on the National Board of Elders for The Church of The Kingdom Of God, Inc. for 26 years.; Currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer where he directs the corporate business and operational affairs as follows: financial management and reporting; land acquisition & disposition; technology; banking; capital project management and church compliance.
Dr. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Maryland in Government and Master’s and Doctorate from Thomas Brown Bible College in Ministry and Pastoral Leadership. Dr. Jackson’s most significant achievements as follows: converted a manual accounting and financial system to an automated system; established IRS compliant financial policies and procedures; adopted GAAP (General Accounting Advisory Principles) accounting practices; developed job roles and responsibilities;
updated outdated By-Laws and established an Inventory system for properties and assets. As a result these modifications led by Dr. Jackson, the church maintains an excellent credit ratings with a debt /equity ratio of 0.01%; secured over $1 million in mortgages for variance projects; negotiated the acquisition of 15,000 sq. ft. convention center; facilitated the construction of two new church buildings; registered the organization in Ghana, Africa.
